The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of United Field Services Group Inc’s SMS texting program (our “SMS Program”).

Program Description

United Field Services Group text messages are intended to provide you with updates related to your solar project coordination, as well as marketing and promotional information regarding United Field Services Group’s product offerings and services. We may also provide you with transaction-related information.

By “Opting In” to or using a “Text Message Service” from United Field Services Group, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

All references to “United Field Services Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to United Field Services Group Inc located at 555 E Loockerman St #320, Dover, DE 19901.

Definitions

“Opting In,” “Opt In,” and “Opt-In” refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

“Text Message Service” includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies).

Consenting to Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and clicking the “Send” or “Submit” button, you consent to receive informational and promotional text messages from United Field Services Group. This is your electronic signature and the equivalent to providing a written signature confirming your consent to receive United Field Services Group text messages. If you do not consent, you will not be able to sign up for these messages.

United Field Services Group customers may opt in to receive alerts which may include:

  • Project status updates
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service and support notifications
  • Documentation or information requests
  • Marketing and promotional alerts

E-Sign Disclosure

By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP.

SMS Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Nonetheless, we reserve the right to disclose any information necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

This SMS Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Text Message Service and is not intended to modify our general Privacy Policy, which governs the relationship between you and us in other contexts.

Costs of Text Messages

We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this text message service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider. You may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.

Frequency of Text Messages

Message frequency varies based on your project activity and the specific SMS programs you select. This Text Messaging Service is for conversational person-to-person communication between you and our team. We may send you an initial message providing details about the service. After that, the number of text messages you receive will vary depending on how you use our services.

Opting Out of Text Messages

You can unsubscribe from United Field Services Group SMS messages at any time by replying to any text message with any of the following keywords:

STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE

You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable method of opting out.

After unsubscribing, we may send you one (1) final confirmation message. No additional text messages will be sent unless you re-activate your subscription.

For assistance, reply HELP to any United Field Services Group SMS message or contact us directly.

Indemnification

YOU AGREE THAT YOU SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD UNITED FIELD SERVICES GROUP INC AND ITS RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OWNERS, AND AFFILIATES HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR LIABILITY (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) RESULTING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO NOTIFY US OF A CHANGE IN THE INFORMATION THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM OR LIABILITY UNDER THE TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 47 U.S.C. 227, ET SEQ. OR SIMILAR STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS, AND ANY REGULATIONS PROMULGATED THEREUNDER RESULTING FROM US ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT YOU AT THE MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER YOU PROVIDED.

Notices; Termination

United Field Services Group reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the SMS Program will mean that you accept those changes.

United Field Services Group reserves the right to terminate this SMS service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

Miscellaneous

You represent and warrant to United Field Services Group that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to agree to these Terms and perform your obligations hereunder, and nothing contained in these Terms or in the performance of such obligations will place you in breach of any other contract or obligation. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, then that provision will be limited and all other provisions will still be in effect.

Your use of the United Field Services Group SMS Program is also governed by our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
